County Court Judge
Judge Westfall, who resides in Ouray, Colorado, was appointed as Ouray County Judge in January, 2000. As a county judge, he handles traffic, misdemeanor, criminal, civil cases under $15,000, small claims and temporary restraining orders.
Judge Westfall also serves as Municipal Judge for Ouray and Telluride.
