County Court Judge
Judge Alvin K. Lutz was appointed county judge for Hinsdale County on January 1, 2006. In his capacity as County Judge, he hears a variety of cases from misdemeanors to civil cases with a value of $15,000. Judge Lutz also serves as the Lake City Municipal Judge.
Prior to his appointment, Judge Lutz worked for and retired from the Wells Fargo Bank Corporation.
