Adjudicated- decided by a judge

Adverse- unfavorable, acting against or in a contrary direction

Affidavit- (+) a written or printed declaration or statement of facts, made voluntarily and confirmed by oath

Arbitration- (+) when an impartial third party is called in to make a decision after hearing the arguments of both sides; both two sides agree in advance to abide by this decision

Assault- (+) any willful attempt or threat to inflict injury, when coupled with the ability so to do and a display of force
